Unless otherwise agreed, LILAC & LOTUS ships item/s using Australia Post. Australia Post will provide tracking numbers for all deliveries allowing the Purchaser to track the status of delivery. Once an item/s has been dispatched, LILAC & LOTUS will notify the Purchaser by email with a tracking number. The delivery times are estimates only and LILAC & LOTUS will not be accountable for late deliveries, damage or loss relating to late deliveries. The Purchaser must provide LILAC & LOTUS with all the correct delivery information. LILAC & LOTUS will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses or an address that is not recognised by Australia Post.
