Returns

If you wish to return or exchange an item you may do so in accordance with the following process:
  • You must notify LILAC & LOTUS by email (enquiries@lilacandlotus.com.au) to obtain a "Return ID number" within 7 days of accepting delivery of the item/s and arrange return of the item/s within 7 days after such notification.
  • You must provide a "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement or email confirmation from LILAC & LOTUS.
  • Please make it clear when requesting your "Return ID number" whether you wish to return or exchange you item/s.
  • Item/s must be returned to LILAC & LOTUS via registered post in unused original condition and packaging.
  • The Purchaser is responsible for return shipping and handling charges.
  • If a Purchaser would like to exchange an item/s, they are to send it back in unused original condition and packaging within the 7 days of purchase using registered post with a stamped express post bag inside the bag labelled with return home address.
  • Once returned items have been received, LILAC & LOTUS will refund the price to you in full or exchange for a different item of equal or lesser value from the original purchase price.
  • Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by LILAC & LOTUS, however, please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited.
  • Faulty items can only be exchanged for the same item in the same style, subject to availability.
  • No exchanges or returns are accepted on earrings, nose rings, headpieces, candles and sale items.

LILAC & LOTUS shall not under any circumstances be liable to the Purchaser for any consequential loss or damage, however that loss or damage is suffered or incurred by the Purchaser.
